As we pursue our mission, our philosophy, and our vision of “Turning Lives Around”, allow us to introduce to you our company, Momentum 180°. Momentum 180° is a registered Limited Liability Company specializing in providing clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities. As we pledge to provide additional community outlets for individuals with developmental disabilities, delivering quality continuity of care is our primary goal. We will never compromise on the quality treatment and the services provided to the individuals. We believe that, collaboratively, “We Can Turn Lives Around.”

More About Us

Due to lack of productive community resources for the developmental disability population, Momentum 180° was established. With over 35 years of concerted awareness in providing human services, Momentum 180° has a core of staff that has experience in several clinical settings. Using a person-centered approach, building natural supports, and providing advocacy for each individual is the nuclear of our day-to-day operation. We also believe that maintaining a productive line of communication with providers, power-of-attorneys, legal guardians, support coordinators, and other natural supports, is beneficial to the most important constituent, the individual. In closing, as we are experiencing a global pandemic, COVID-19, please take the proper precautions to stay safe. As the nation is gradually transitioning to regularity, Momentum 180° salutes each healthcare provider, professional, and person. We currently scheduling and providing virtual tours for support coordinators, legal guardians, and most importantly, the individuals. In addition, feel free to schedule an on-site tour. It’s our mission at Momentum 180° to promote optimal health through advocacy, foster civic engagement, and support through service and volunteering; while delivering a wide variety of programs and services to support individuals impacted by a disability. Leadership

Momentum 180 LLC was founded and is led by Dwayne Wilson and Franklin Bradford Jr., who serves as the Owners. Under their leadership, the company emphasizes a person-centered philosophy and has built a core team with over 100 years of combined experience in human services across various clinical settings. This experienced leadership and staff background contribute to Momentum 180’s ability to deliver quality care and advocacy for its individuals.

Empowering Lives Through Specialized Programs

Community Engagement

Using a person-centered approach, Momentum 180, provides a variety of opportunities to build relationships and natural supports in the within the community. These services take place in a community setting and is provided based on a 1:3 ratio of no more than 1 staff per 3 individuals. The activities enhance the person’s involvement with the community and facilitate the development of community socialization and learn.

Sponsored Residential

Sponsored Residential Services are services provided in a person’s private home to individual who are developmentally disabled. The individual will reside with the person or family, in a home setting. Our Sponsored Residential Home Provider’s empowers individuals with developmental disabilities’ to be active members of families, experience community involvement, skill-building, and find normalcy in everyday life.
