COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Using a person-centered approach, Momentum 180, provides a variety of opportunities to build relationships and natural supports in the within the community. These services take place in a community setting and is provided based on a 1:3 ratio of no more than 1 staff per 3 individuals. The activities enhance the person’s involvement with the community and facilitate the development of community socialization and learn.

SPONSORED RESIDENTIAL

Sponsored Residential Services are services provided in a person's private home to individual who are developmentally disabled. The individual will reside with the person or family, in a home setting. Our Sponsored Residential Home Provider's empowers individuals with developmental disabilities' to be active members of families, experience community involvement, skill-building, and find normalcy in everyday life.
